Releasing in 2018 as part of the adidas "Run for the Oceans" campaign, the Parley x Women's UltraBoost "Deep Ocean Blue" collaboration " uses plastic bottles recovered from coastal communities and beaches in the construction of shoes. The almost black colorway is inspired by the Mariana Trench, considered the deepest part of the world's oceans. Equivalent to eleven plastic bottles, 85% of the Primeknit upper is made from recycled Parley Ocean Plastic.
