Adidas approached the founder of A Bathing Ape to help create the Superstar 80s Pioneers "Nigo," released in February 2015. The resulting model features a gray leather upper covered in various archival Adidas logos throughout, accented by contrasting white leather on the heel. Vintage creamy white is used on the textured midsole and signature rubber outsole at the toe.
